Not sure if you were aware of this, but a while back eCOGRA put out a public statement about gambling federation which was not even on their approved site list chewing them out for using malware. There is a history of double standards.
Also Im not saying this is the case, but it has been known to happen that some adware type programs will produce a false positive. Knowing the history, I would expect that chance to be minimal in this case.
