I do have a couple years worth of research and data that I have collected on a monthly basis while reviewing the different casinos. I could be wrong on this and be misunderstanding the question. It’s my understanding that the casinos are required to meet a minimum payout for each game, and this is where the variances come in. That leads me to believe that they can somewhat set the percentages.
