From what I know, people of all ages are protected by the constitution of the United States, which would therefore mean that this person, no matter their age, should be protected under the first amendment as “commercial free speech.”
Is there someplace in federal law that directly states the prohibition of online gambling advertising by a minor?
Of course, most of us have to check our morals on this one. Is it or is it not moral to allow a minor to advertise gambling on our website? Well, I would say that no minor should be involved in gambling for money, but I also know plenty of minors who play poker with their friends at home.
How is this different than if the minor was to go to AdBrite and buy an ad on your site?
