I have heard of the malfunction and that is a regrettable situaton caused by Parlay software and not Vic’s Bingo. Vic’s unfortunately was the most injured hall.
In my opinion Parlay should have stepped up to the plate and paid.
Vic’s got stuck doing it.
I don’t have time now to follow all these links you posted, but I have read some of them when they were timely.
There are no complaints at all about Vic’s in my forum, privately or publicly, and many of my members love playing there.
As Casinomeister says so many times, software companies need to show more responsibility. Parlay is a respected company with good software, they should have shown the integrity to step up and deal with the issue.
While I agree that this could have been handled better, I will continue to approve of Vic’s bingo. In my opinion, they were the injured party. Parlay’s software malfunctioned and Vic’s had to pay for it.
