This balance will hopefully be recovered as the player continues to play at the casino. If this is not the case, then other players will have to recover the loss. If one player has totally wiped out the revenue of your active players, contact me. We will review the situation on a case by case scenario to determine if its in the best interest of both parties to isolate a big winner so it avoids negatively affecting your profitability or your incentive to continue working with our clients.
