Click through ratios ?? 40%-50% ?? Really !!
Are you measuring this as clicks / impressions.
Because to get there your targets must really have nearly all wanted what ever it was you’re selling. Well done.

My click through ratios are awful … usually around 0.10% to 0.25% (that’s around a quart of 1%). Mind you – I’ve racked them and stacked them (120×60 size) alongside content and would expect a person to be exposed to around 10-15 per page.
So that might equate to a 2% total CTR.
I thought that people were pretty much immune to graphical exhortations to CLICK HERE NOW – but advertisers love to see their product getting exposed – and if they’re paying – then I’m showing …
