I agree a ISP ban would benefit the affiliate in a major way. It would be the affiliate thats sets up the routing technique. U.S subscribers to the online gambling market would have no alternative, maybe.
I think its a good idea to always be prepared and do your homework. Hacker advice is a very valuable resource. Often most of them are broke and often do not share their secretes that took them countless hours to firgure out. So I am surprised you actually had the opportunity to speak to one. Most have the attitude “go do your own homework” and if you not willing to learn anything “get out of my face”
I have not yet studied this problem 100% but I do know people who have. One fellow is !eric has been around for the last 30 years. He would likely attend the conference, but he charges for this, because he is broke. The information he would provide would be very rich.
