Phone calls, faxes, and emails in support of or in opposition to any bills are logged and taken seriously by all elected officials at that level. If you don’t want to write, then any of those other forms of contact are a good idea. Deciding whether or not to contact your representative should be a reflection of how strongly you feel about the issue, not a reflection of whether or not you think their mind is already made up.
