Wrong. Cpays is not owned by Tradal. Tradal purchased Club Dice, Club Dice Poker, Carnival Casino, Monaco Gold Casino, and Noble Poker to show positive cash flow to their shareholders since they are now a public company. The previous owners of these properties still own Cpays and part of the deal was that Cpays would still manage the affiliate program for some of these properties. It was a move by Tradal in anticipation of the fallout with Party Gaming plc.
Cpays will not be de-certified.
