That’s simple in idea – detailed in planning – and very very tough to administer my friend. Let me throw a few issues :
Different sites would send different levels of traffic and different quality of traffic. As with all co-operatives some members would do more work, put in more effort while others would coast along.
How do you plan to share out the revenue? How do you compensate for people involved in maintaining the supersite? How do you evaluate the value of each member?
What about accepting new members once we’ve been going? Do they immediately get an equal share of profits? Or only of new profit? How do you tell the difference?
Also worth considering is that fact that you are trying to bind together many independant affiliates who have actually chosen to be their own boss – and run their own sites. These people (including me) are probably difficult to work with at times …

Look – I’ll take part if it gets off the ground … but I see many, many stumbling blocks before it becomes a smooth running operation.
