You may want to add Referback to that do carry over list as well because they do carry over any chargebacks or fruad until it is paid for.
Vegas Lucky will carry over negs as well, so funny we make like 1k a month there when we are in the neg from a cashout but when we get that paid off we make nothing.. go figure!
