I was just going to post the same thing. I already promote 2 Bossmedia sites and like the software. The only problem with promoting Bossmedia sites is the customer support goes directly to Bossmedia who seems to alienate my customers. I generally have to intervene on my customers behalf with the affiliate manager to resolve their issues. When problems arise who should I contact?
