I am sure there is someone here who has had a lot of good come from promoting bonuses.
I believe that with bonuses comes people who try to scam the casino. If you go with bonus promotion, make sure you are NOT using CPA. They will shut you down.
Otherwise, look for a $1 – $10 per player earning 
That’s my experience with it. Like I said, others have had better luck. I think it’s a difficult road.
