Be EXTREMELY careful with the terms and conditions of the offer. I foolishly accepted an upfront CPA payment from a casino group I had worked with before under a paid placement hybrid.
Because I had worked with them before, I based my acceptance of the deal on the conversions and player value we had always had with them in the past.
Guess what happened? Magically once we switched the deal to the CPA package conversions were cut by 90% and player values went in the toilet. It was the same spots I had used with them before PLUS additional space and yet now they SWORE that the stats were correct and somehow my traffic had changed!!!!
To make a long story short I had to keep them up for six months LONGER then I should have just to satisfy the number of players they purchased. I KNOW they got at least five times the number of players they purchased and I end of getting shortchanged big time for my spots. Had I just left up the usual casinos I had in those spots under Net Win I would have been WAY ahead of the deal. But I got greedy and jumped at what appeared to be a fast infusion of “upfront” cash.
