A few of my forum players have expressed an interest in a referral program for the forum but I’ve no idea how to go about this – obviously I would love to set up such a system to generate more traffic for the site. Any ideas?

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean owldeath? I may be able to help but don’t quite understand what you want. I set up a phpBB forum and have modded it to death, both with pre-written mods and my own. One of the things i wrote was to allow other affiliate sto link to it with a code that presented their own banners and links etc.
ie:
http://www.oggs.com/pokerforum/index.php?rf=1003
http://www.oggs.com/pokerforum/index.php?rf=1000
You’ll see it’s the same forum shared by different sites, each with their own links etc. Is this the sort of thing?
