I agree with your point. The better you look after your affiliates the more likely that they will stay with your affiliate programme. As I said before, if major changes are made to the T&C then any changes need to be addressed fully with all parties before implementation to ensure it is mutually beneficial. Otherwise affiliates will just find another programme.

Simo: But it’s obvious you don’t breach your terms with your suppliers unless you consider those suppliers expendable.

Affiliate programmes most definitely should not breach their T&C! Programmes that do this will most definitely loose their affiliates by doing this. I await with curiosity the final outcome of this whole referback situation.
