I agree with Bernie. Especially this:
Forget any second chance, forget negotiation. Any program who breaks T&Cs should get the flush immediately and permanently. There should be no plunger capable of reversing this type of behavior.
If a program even tries to pull a stunt like this, they should be de-listed, prominently blacklisted, and sued for breach of contract.
I would personally like to see Referback de-listed here, and I’d also like to see a new CAP Blacklist. CAP is a powerful entity, and this power should be used to protect the future of the industry, IMO. If that means putting Referback out of business, so be it. Naturally this isn’t my call, but I think that’s what I would do if I was running the show.
