Most small affiliates need an imediate profit and are much likely to leave for any better deal. The more established ones have recurring revenues and most probably a speacial deal and they are hard to move.
Regarding the negative carry over. It can also happen on poker on 90% of rooms. The bonuses are deducted from MGR so i think webmasters that have bonus players must check for this. For exemple our players that generate negative balance are considered at 0 profit , some rooms deduct the bonus and consider it negative and others pay on gross.
