I have contacted VPL and F.A to ask about retroactive application of the new T&C’s. Hope to have clarification by the time Chat starts.
EDIT: i have had clarification from both groups that the changes DO apply retroactively.
Hopefully people will have noted Garth @ Roxy’s post earlier today regarding a revision to the new Roxy terms.
Unfortunately Antoinette, Affiliate Program manager at VPL is off til Monday so i was unable to ask if she will be attending. Looks unlikely.
