Well I guess this explains why just tonight I had a member contact me to say they could not get to the 100 free spins page and was redirected to Fortune Lounge. I kind of dismissed it and asked them to phone support so now I need to followup with them.
This is not good I may have lost a potential customer. Why not just have a page that states their is a problem and to try back later? Atleast they don’t get frustrated!
