Well, I’m able to pay that. It takes more than 1 month between the time I request a withdrawal at neteller and the time the funds are available at my account, and I also pay higher fees than that.
I only don’t understand how a debit card like this can work at an ATM in Europe, and would like to read some words from an European user.
