okay, here’s the deal as I understand it. Please someone correct me where wrong, as I am basically just handing this over to smarter people than me; to tell me what if any, damage is done.

I put the above link to help speed up the process, but trust me if you’ve visited the first page, you’ll find a link to the above page, which when you visit it you will see a bunch of links below the casino links (which by the way will be a hell of a hint as to which aff program is guilty) and if you mouse-over the link it will show in the little grey area of your IE in the bottom left; it shows the address of the link your clicking on, right? yes. But now don’t just mouse-over, but click down (but don’t let off your clicker, keep it down) and you’ll see a different address.
then a java script redirects to the original promised link, but SE bots can’t follow the java, so you get no credit for the linking to your site;
but that’s not the bad part. The bad part is that the SE bots CAN follow the link to the page which has the java script in it, and therefore the SEs DO see that your title, meta tag descript; etc, are in fact duplicated 1000s of times.
Do a search on the SE for your title and it will likely come up 1000s of times. Which for the most part, people’s title is a unique thing. Certainly not reproduced 1000s of times.
so its my understanding that the big issue here is not that these sites are using your title, url, or meta tag description to get traffic; but rather that it puts you in a position where your site may be banned for duplicate content.
leaving lots of open spaces for others to move in.
*please note i am offering this with the littlest of knowledge about the whole thing, and that once someone with a better understanding of the situation views it; that maybe it would be a good idea to re-phrase my post to something the majority can understand.
