Theoretically the CAP Certified Partners visit this message board and read the posts. I believe that’s one of the requirements of a CAP certified partner — they’re supposed to be available here to answer questions and deal with affiliate issues. I think this certainly counts as an “issue” worth addressing.
I’m not sure, but I think they only have to monitor their own dedicated forums.
Also, I don’t think many – if any – aff programs will ban this webmaster(s). S/He will go from one program to the other. In the end a very small program that none of us promote anyway will gladly accept the traffic, which in turn will give them free publicity when the next thread regarding these sites pops up.
