The only reason to hold back earnings after an account has been locked is if there is fear of fraud or chargeback. Still, the money is due to you if the situation changes.

But if a player has asked to close his account, all earnings up to that date should be accounted for.

Maybe you should ask what the circumstances are surrounding the locked account.. could be he threatened to do a chargeback, which would then be an understandbale reason to hold back the earnings. (Obviously, do not mention the chargeback theory – it would be a great way to lie to you if it isn’t that :bigsmile: )
