I tried WebCEO – even bought the full professional package.
Support is pretty quick, but sometimes a bit off target in my direction.
The software is pretty good for some things but key areas were missing the details I was looking for.
Plus, it could be coincidence, or maybe not, but after trying WebCEO’s recommendations on one of my smaller sites, it dropped right off the first pages of the SERPs.
In the end, because I really didn’t have time to test it thoroughly, I claimed a refund, which they paid back pretty promptly.
They do claim to be launching some new support areas, so things may be changing as we speak – but my results were disappointing in the end. Believe it or not, WebPosition Gold seems to be better, but you have to spend a lot more time trying to figure things out. Better product for experts – but beginners may want to stay away from the clutter of WPG.
