Not sure I explained my questions well or maybe I am not understanding the answers. Programs such as Partypoker offer software cd’s, flyers, and business cards to their affiliates.
What I was looking for is any casino’s which offer the same.
I am not talking at all about advertising we are talking about promotional materials only.
