well I’m wondering why put this into the t&c at all?
Surely it discourages high rollers who play at stakes high enough that they do look at terms before playing.
I know if I were even considering playing for high stakes; that I would read the t&c and upon reading that I could lose my account because I was playing from a country where its illegal to play; I’d choose to not gamble.
what it comes down to though; is the simple fact that there is no reason for having this in the t&c.
unless somebody can point out to me why?
