Hey Gareth,

I personally have seen improvements in the past couple months. With conversions, retention and creatives. Thanks.

However I have noticed a couple casinos just do not perform as well. They use to but don’t anymore. Is it possible a lack in your retention team not focusing on certain casinos as much?

Since it is harder all the time to bring in new players, it is even more important for customer service to be outstanding ( I think BB1 has addressed this issue a few times :) ). As all we can do is bring them in the door, it is the casinos that need to keep them playing. Team work :)
