I am more than happy to help any and all Affiliates who come to me, whatever the question(s) may be. Meanwhile I am also a human being, and get annoyed when people keep on sending me rude emails trying to prove me that we are wrong or cheating – I get NO commission from CR, why would I care – and I do not like the posting of private messages without asking my authorization first. You are talking about being cordiality and friendly resolution; I believe it should start here.
I am also monitoring a couple of boards, and responding there. I’ll try and do the same with the CAP one, but please understand I am very busy as I am working on other sides of the CR Affiliate program, which requires a lot of time and effort. I’ll do my best, believe it, but you’re better off sending me an email at the time you post, otherwise I might not see your message in time – this system works fine on other boards.
In any case please don’t get the wrong idea: I’ve been dealing with all sorts of Affiliates, big and small – a couple on this board can testify – and I am trying my best here. I will always try and improve our program, I’m open to suggestions, but as Dominique stated it it has to keep on being constructive and going somewhere, otherwise it becomes a waste of time and effort for both parties, and that really was my feeling there.
Anyways, I read your posts, and we’ll take care of your input ( conversion, player support, etc. ).

PS: the starting point here was: “are we cheating or not”. No, we’re not shaving your earnings. Our Casinos convert less, but our player retention is higher, so basically we are focusing on the long term, not immediate profits. Hope this info at least will be useful to you all.
