My concern is how this reflects on all of us as affiliates yet I do understand the opinion and tend to agree that the affiliate programs left the door open on this one.
That doesn’t make it right, but like everything with a loophole someone will be tempted.
I hope the programs don’t over react as is their tendency to do (anyone remember the Danes ?)
I have never seen such poor business practise (as in inept) as I have in this industry. I dont have an answer to how to right that.
I have seen programs defraud affiliates (including me), Cindy defraud the members of GPWA and now affiliates defraud the casinos.
I really do not have much faith in anyone anymore, I am glad we have been able to maintain this group at least.
