Yeah – Antoinette kindly called me too. I told her I didn’t think you’d accept that explanation… LOL…. it doesn’t affect me since I don’t have poker up yet. But if I had seen that -$8xx in the poker stats I wouldn’t have hesitated to yank that program once and for all.
Part of the problem is the poor affiliate backend that Microgaming provides to their operators as well. I have been all over Microgaming for more than two years to fix this and rumor has it that they are finally doing something about it.
That being said, I’m not enamored with the manner in which the Vegas Partner scripts handle the data either. Other programs have come up with either better reporting, more timely reporting, or more accuracy than what I have seen so far so perhaps Vegas Partner might take this opportunity to bullet-proof their scripts while waiting for the new MGS backend to arrive.
But at least we know what happened now and I’m sure Vegas Partner will fix it – not a matter of trust, just a matter of being shown what is wrong.
