Personally I think this is a good idea. Players SHOULD know this is a possible requirement for withdrawels. I think it’s a bullshit one. If players raise enough stink I am sure the casinos will drop this crap and we will all be better off.
If I were playing there and wanted to withdraw money and they asked for screen captures of deposits I made I would NEVER play there again. This HAS to hurt retention.
Because of a bad managerial procedure anyone who promotes CR could be losing potential whales who get offended and swim off to friendlier waters.
