In 2001 there were non payment complaints galore about World Wide Vegas.
World Wide Vegas once used Gambling Software Systems software. That is when all the complaints happened. OPA was very busy with complaints about it. Then it changed to DCEG (dot com software).
After that not much was heard about it anymore.
