Why not? Didnt you start this thread claiming that you had started the price at 1.75 mill? Then dropped it to 10% of that?
I was a sales manager for 10 years before doing this and if one of my salepeople dropped their pants like that I would have fired them.And any customer who purchases a item on a “90% off list sale” is stupid and asking to get fleeced.
IMO you have as much chance of getting 175k as 1.75mill so why not try 17,500? Or 1750 for that matter. Hell – didnt Arkyt say he would give ya $50?

Earlier in the thread you stated that you knew the “players” in the industry and that saved you time and effort in finding bidders. Then a few posts down you state that your negotiations have stalled at 140k and your ask your colleagues for the top 10 operators. SO which is it? Do you know who they are or not?:o
