Here is how we handle the spam problem.
As soon as we receive a spam complaint about an affiliate, we do three things:
1) We immediately change their password so that they can no longer access their affiliate account.
2) We redirect all of their tracking links to our “spam” warning pages:
http://www.winwardcasino.com/spam.asp
http://www.bingohall.com/spam.asp
3) We send the affiliate an email telling them that their account has been terminated for violating our anti-spam policy and all earnings have been forfeited.
Spam is a serious problem these days. Just yesterday, I shut down the account of an affiliate who fell for one of those “One million gambling emails for $500” offers.
I asked him why he would buy an “opt-in email list” from a spammer! :crazy:
