I don’t see a lot of point in that except for very new programs – all the large and medium sized programs already have the database of webmasters. There are a lot of non-performers in it too – just a few dozen performing webmasters.
I have a list of all the active members as of July last year – which contains the performing affiliates that are still around today and a bunch who are not.
I imagine there may be 50 addresses of interest there, and most all programs already have them.
I don’t know of any privacy agreement – but there may be one. I have kept the list private and not used it myself either – I have it because I used to send out notes when the board was down.
