From a players persepective: the biggest thing that has kept me from playing there is their inpersonal service and that’s if you even get any serviec when you need it. They typically take on average 4-5 days to respnod to email inquiries. And if the email they send you requires you to respond, you can bet on wiating an additonal four more days until the next response.
I find their websites overly cluttered too with too much reading and not enough content. Their promotions are similarly confusing where as instead of just a plainly written, straightforward promo or bonus they often are complicated, detailed and are ontent rich presentations that just make me uninterested and very quickly finding my clicks elsewhere.
