I am no expert but from my experience with affiliates from Denmark is they tend to bring in players also from Denmark which require that extra special attention.
The case is the casino probably held back on the payment for a month to make sure the players do not chargeback. Once they are happy they are not going to see a chargeback then you should get your commissions.
Also many casinos now monitor the players brought in since they are paying high CPA rates to make sure the affiliate doe snot commit fraud (ie. funding friends to signup under their link so they get the high CPA).
