I have no tech input of course. But – when I type http://www.bethedealer.com from my US location, I end up on an English language page.
If I type the identical thing in from my German location, I end up on a German language page.
All one would need to do is to pull out US originated requests and send them to a different page.
Looks to me like it can be done.
