Not had a problem but as Dom pointed about non US cards, think this may be it.
Also would be dead easy for casinos to do redirects based on IP ranges to landing pages, there are many free php scripts for this…
In fact may look at implementing myself…Mr & Mrs US Citizen to a Neteller prominent page….I don’t think this would affect google as php redirects are different from meta refreshes?
