I forgot to mention something about the SciFi system. They have been running things like this for the last 2 years. They very, very rarely use automatic coupons. What this does is, if the player is looking to redeem a bonus, it forces them to contact CS via live chat which is always answered in a matter of seconds or minutes. During this chat, the terms are usually hammered out, at which point the player can accept it or back out.
There are a few occassions when things are not communicated as well as they should, but they always try to make sure the terms are understaood before they let anyone accept a bonus.
