You can contact the companies promoted through the spam. Often times, it’s an affiliate who bought a list or scoured the web with a bot to collect emails.
Most have anti spam clauses in their terms and they will terminate the affiliate’s account on the spot.
And I agree with the others too, do contact spamcop to report them. Many ISPs and email providers block emails listed through spamcop.
