Yes thats what they were trying to accomplish, but I think its going to backfire unless laws are passed to outlawing online gambing.
Why? Because players arent that stupid – are they?
If I was an average NORTH AMERICAN* online gambler that played in the poker rooms all the time, what would I think when I saw their site saying “were the only legal ones?”
Id prolly say ahh screw you then head back over to my usual hangout!
* I emphasized the north american because that seems to be their target audience at this time.
