InactiveI noticed some of the casinos have decreased the bet limits to make it less pleasing for high rollers, which I am not very happy about as a webmaster! Let me ask you this first before we get all crazy on this issue, did you play in this casino before and the wagering was set higher or was this your first time player deposit bonus? I am just trying to figure this out and if your saying they increase and decrease your betting ability according to the amount you deposit then this is something serious that needs to be investigated. I hope Rival is not doing something so stupid.

InactiveIt’s my second time depositing here. The first time I won and withdrew which made me really interested in advertising the casino, despite taking a bit longer than usual to get the money.
There were no limits the first time and now I don’t know whether the casino is using this bonus for bait and switch in general or if it was my account targeted in particular, either way – it’s bad.I have played a few other RIVAL casinos and never ran into such a scam.

Inactivelol, wow good for an affiliate but not for a player.
I fail to see how this could be good for an affiliate?!? As an affiliate you will basically lose a good player because of the casino’s shenanigans…
I see Superior is posting with the claim that the problem has been resolved, but it’s not.
First, at one point the coin value was actually released during the bonus play and I was able to quickly lose the money. In my eyes, however, this is even worse, since I was assured both by the CS representative and her manager that there was nothing that could be done – and all of a sudden something WAS done. Weird…
Second, I decided to take it a step further and deposited without using any bonus offers. The coin value of the “Big Cash Win” slot I posted a screen shot above was at its normal $10 max bet but the rest of the slots were AGAIN at very low coin values – 5 to 25 cents depending on the game. Weirdx2….
Bottom line – big mess and definitelly NOT beneficial to either player or affiliate.
I would love to hear what kind of excuse Superior can come up with, though.January 6, 2010 at 5:02 pm #807087Anonymous
InactiveThanks for the quick response. There are a few things we need to clarify.
1) CS agents and CS supervisors don’t have complete access to the back-end. Only a manager could notice that there was a technical error.
2) We’ve made several checks since the incident and this unexpected bug has been fixed permanently as of Jan. 4th. It should not trouble you any longer.
3) The betting limits in the bonuses you claimed are not modified for slots, in fact we don’t have any current bonus that modifies slots limits. Only for table games and video poker. When you experienced the problem with the non-bonused deposits, it was still part of the tech bug, and shows that our bonuses were not in fact the reason your betting limits were modified. Again, it was a tech bug that has been permanently fixed.
May I remind you all that tech issues arise as with any technology. We try to quickly fix these issues and we apologize for any inconvenience they may incur.
For the trouble we’ve added a $250 Token for your account and re-enabled the 150% bonus for your next deposit.
With best regards,

InactiveSorry, but this unfortunately is a tactic I have run into at more than one Rival casino. It is NOT a technical error as you stated. I can attest to this from chasing down former rival managers in the past who clued me in , after I could not fiquire out why it was happening. I would make some nice withdrawals and then this started happening at those casinos. Its a tactic used mainly against depositing players who have had some good luck, a way around of bonus banning them out right, they simply lower all the bet sizes, without letting you know until you start to play.
Note, i don’t play at Superior, so I can not attest about them specifically, but in general I can comment.

I disagree, its not good for affiliates
We do like happy players, and we like they come back to play, don’t we all?Such things should not happen, it is bad bad for the whole industry.
I have to say that I am a bit shocked to read such a thing here about Superior, they use to have a very good reputation, never heard a player complaint about superior yet.I did not check on such a thing myself, cuz I do not play much at Rival Casinos,
but from now on I will have a very close look.I hope to see some Rival Managers responding here, this needs to be cleared

Me too with a quickness!! I just had a high roller complain to me today about Dendra Casino only allowing him $500 a week to withdraw that is plain ridiculous!

InactiveHI Guys,
We’re not sponsors at CAP so I think its better to continue the discussion at GPWA.

InactiveNo reason for that, you don’t have to be a sponsor here to take care of your affiliates. Your response to affiliate queries is always welcome. Thanks for posting.
