You should try not to let this garbage get to you like this Luigi. We all have to deal with the same garbage like you, I just hit the delete button, takes 2 seconds out of my life and then I get back to making money. It’s never going to change, all these affiliate managers are hungry for new affiliates and they don’t compare notes with their coworkers so every week you have a new hungry am trying to get your business. It sucks, but try not to sweat the small stuff man, it will make for a better work day for you.:wink-wink
thanks bonusgeek, but in 8 years I’ve been in this business I have never dealt with a company this bad and it will be my mission to be sure that until this company is blacklisted I will point out everywhere I can that they are spammers.

For a complaint to be taken seriously in a public forum, the person who complains, need to identify himself, and the marketing resource that he represents, and not to remain anonymous.
At the moment, we cannot relate “Luigi” to any website, and therefore, we will not reply.We will take any comment, and/or advise, of any kind, into consideration & action – when the person will say who he is, even in private;

Sorry guys, I see no reason to identify myself even in private. Shay knows very well what the LuckyAce marketing department is doing. I see no need to send my personal details just so they can look into the situation, apologize, say this will never happen again, only for it to happen again eventually. Plus, I do not want any of the sites I work for being talked about by affiliate managers in a negative way.
If you don’t believe me that they are spamming like crazy, here’s yesterday’s email I received to all of my sites, I’m really surprised everyone else here isn’t getting these…

PS – I did simply erase the first 5-10 emails I got from them. But when you respond, tell them no thanks, please stop emailing, then get different emails almost every day from a different ‘manager’ who doesn’t know you asked them to stop the day before it can drive a person insane.
Luigi I dont undertand what you are seeking.
Please answer at least the following so I can hone in on whats going on.
1. Are you an affiliate of the program with an outsanding issue?
2. Is the problem they ae contacting you asking for placement on your website?
3. Is it neither 1 or 2? If so explain.Re-reading your posts it appears you are concerned about being contacted. If you supply a list privately to Shay I can ask they he place these on a do not contact list would that help?
Professor, it is called spamming. They are spammers. They spam like no affiliate program I have ever seen before. I cannot stop them via contacting them via email. I say to them ‘I am not interesting in advertising your brand, please stop sending me emails everyday. Please tell every person on your team not to contact any of my sites ever again.’
Then the next day I keep getting emails from them from different managers, then the next day, etc. Then I contact them again and say ‘Hi, I have contacted you several times before to stop sending emails to my sites. If this does not stop I will have to go to the popular forums and tell them that you are spamming my sites. Please stop this constant email barrage before I have to take further action.”
Then I keep getting emails. Therefore I am here letting the industry know.
When an affiliate has XX websites, with XX contact pages, that all lead to the same email address, and the same affiliate do not agree to provide the full list, to at-least minimize this side effect, then there is not much to do.
If you ask not to contact website X, and then you ask the same for Y, then it can keep happening.
If you cannot hand me, a full list of your websites, nothing will change.
So far, I don’t even know who are we talking about.* Please provide me with the full list, and it will change, otherwise, it will stay the same.
I guarantee that none of the websites will be published anywhere.
(Although this claime is very 1 sided, saying bad words about LuckyAce, and not letting us know who you are, in order to keep your websites clean.).Regards,

Shay, this doesn’t make sense. I shouldn’t have to give you every single email address for every single site. I should just have to reply to one email from each site saying please don’t contact us again, which I already did, which didn’t help, which is why I don’t believe a word you say. You even just said that we can try to slow it down, but not fix it. How about you look into your procedures and fix them. How about listening to affiliates who have told you we don’t want you to keep contacting us unsolicited.

Shay you seem to be missing the point. And I want everyone who reads this to understand, I have already given you my website names via email when I was contacted. I was already apologized to and was already told this would never happen again. I, Shay, am done with you and your program, I don’t want to talk or negotiate or fix this. I simply want everyone to know that you are spammers.
