“Attention Ladies and Gentlemen the Professor has turned on the Fasten Seat Belt light indicating we will be encountering turbulence shortly. Please return to your seats immediately!”
Guys we will be starting the CAP 2.0 conversions tonight and I do expect downtime and a fair amount of teething pains as we adjust to the new system. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but the results will be well worth the initial bumpiness.

Let’s hope your developers don’t also turn off their mobile phones to avoid interfering with the navigation system

The only complaint is that the seen is bigger than my screen and I must scroll to the right to see if there are any new posts. Other than that, I like it!December 16, 2007 at 6:46 pm #756636vladcizsolMemberBleuze was is your screen resolution set at? Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox?

Professor, I’ll be sure to check out CAP 2.0 tomorrow and our Italian, French, Spanish and German Affiliate Managers will be right into your language forums, as well.
I’ll post you if we find anything weird or if we have any decent suggestions.

I use Windows XPIt’s very difficult for your eyes to work on such resolution. I recommend you to change your monitor to at least 1024×768, but better 1680×1050 or higher, and you will understand how the world is perfect around :wink-wink
December 16, 2007 at 11:57 pm #756659888.comMemberthe site looks great.
i do have a concern about the new “Members” section [at least, i think it’s new]. everyone’s email address is published for anyone to scrape and build a pretty damn good webmaster spam list. i went into the forum control panel to see if i could remove it / change it, but i can’t see where.
is this an oversight, on purpose, changeable…? i’m almost positive others would agree with me.
thx
steve
December 17, 2007 at 12:08 am #756660vladcizsolMemberGood catch Fresh. That is a bug. It was supposed to have a “Email Me” link to a form and not display the actual email address.
This one is high priority so I will contact developers tonight to work on it.
Oddly enough on our development server it was working properly somehow that changed during the transition.
