All information given to register those domains is fake (except for the email address that doesn’t bounce). I checked the mailing address against USPS records (http://www.usps.com), and it doesn’t exist. The phone number leads to a conference call system.
I found a couple other phone numbers listed for this guy, and they simply don’t work.
I’m assuming that the name given is also an alias.
But, like I said, he won’t stay invisible for long. He can’t hide forever.

What should we be looking for when we do this? I have no clue what hijacking is.
He has been turned in to me – but I need to make sure this is right before I say anything. I would hate to name someone innocent.

Look at the URL of any listings you find there.
An example of G&G hijacked:
nba-betting-tips.com/open/www.gamesandcasino.com~~Casino+Games+-+GamesandCasino.com
You will see your name in their URL.
