InactiveCan anyone help?

InactiveBy paid advertising, what do you mean? PPC? I don’t know of any that are worth the dime you would put in.
Adwords/Adsense? Not possible with gambling (unless you spend a lot and then Goog might let you go

InactiveThink the problem like this:
What would you do if you have much casino traffic? sell it?
September 1, 2006 at 7:24 pm #704275Anonymous
InactiveMy traffic the only where I would sell them would be to programs no where else
just think about this when buying “Casino” traffic…
You really need to create it that’s the best way

Inactivehandkey probably thought that you can’t buy quality casino traffic because nobody would sell it if he has it:)

InactiveThanks for the replies.
My Scenario ….
I have created a good casino reviews site, on a good domain name.
After being online for one month …..it’s got an alexa rank of ~ 20,00,000
I’ve done Seo, using IBP software. Not sure if this would workWhat are my options to pump up the traffic?

InactiveGet links linking to your site. Register in free directories to get one way links, there are tons of them. Check xhttp://info.vilesilencer.com/main.php?rock=seo-friendly.php. And exchange links with other webmasters.
PS: Don’t forget to submit some pages to http://www.gamingfriend.com/ to get free one way links:)

InactiveI’m in awe of you guys who don’t spend anything on advertising. I spend thousands a month and wouldn’t even dream of trying to compete in the SERPS with these massive casinos and their millions of dollars and expert programmers to fight past.

InactiveI could… but then I’d have to kill you

Every site is different and different traffic will work better for some and worse for others, the best thing to do is experiment. Or be like the demi-gods above and get a high natural ranking

InactiveI use great britian based PPC yahoo search marketing http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/en_GB/ , I don’t compete for the main phrases (ie casino bonus, online casino) TOO expensive but rather target less searched phrases. I recieve good quality traffic as a result. Past experience says stay away from less known ppc sites as fraud is rampant.
My two cents.September 4, 2006 at 9:08 pm #704550Anonymous
Inactivebelgamo, I have not used this yet myself as advertiser but have ads from this company running in replacement of Text ads – AdBright.
They do accept gambling sites and you can place test ads, basically you buy a 7 days guaranteed link, a 30 days, PPC as well as few other options …
You can see example on my site, but please Note: I have not used it as advertiser only as publisher. So I don’t know what results to expect. Another company that accepts gambling PPC ads that I know of is Bidvertiser, but once again used them only as publisher …
Have a look at those companies, perhaps it will answer your questions …

InactiveDo not use bidvitiser – You will get thousand of 1 second clicks and i speak of this from experience , and if you forget to set a daily cap as i did you will find a nice bill for a few thousand dollars , and then see 1 play money sign up for 23,000 clicks

My two cents. Is it legal to advertise for gambling sites with yahoo search marketing? as it is not with google.
