They are on a very long holiday break – except for their tech guy, he is minding the shop.
They should be back Monday.

Thats a hell of a long holiday.
I have heard from three other webmasters who are owed various amounts of money also. In some case Vegas Affiliates has only made partial payments for several months now.
There are serious payment issues here :angry:
I didn’t mean to discount the tardiness, just to explain any recent contact attempts that may have failed.
Maybe it would be a good idea for everyone who is owed money to post here?
I will still be happy to check it out on Monday.

Frank is in today and should give you a buzz. But the man of action, Stefano, will not be in til tomorrow.
Hope this will resolve easily now.
Dom Frank didnt call Captain, can you see if Frank or Stefano can call him today or even better arrange payment for NOVEMBERS commissions.
Captain please keep us updated as to the status of this situation.

Hey Everyone,
Frank from Vegas Affiliates called today about the commission situation. He told me I had a fraudelent player in November who committed credit card fraud. Guess what? I will not be paid due to this. Still, Frank or Stepheno should have called me in December to alert me about this. Frank claimed that they were afraid to call me. Frank is going to meet with Stepheno tommorrow to work something out. I will post as soon as I know. Thank you Dom for getting in contact with Frank and having him call.While Frank and Stefano seem friendly enough I dont have great faith in this program. Situations like this only solidify those concerns…

Did they give you any explanation about why each month is short and they “forgot” October?
It appears they shorted you $2326.40 for the three month period of September to December…

Update: Frank and Stefano was suppose to work something out and get back in contact with me. Guess what? They have not as of today. As the Professor said above, “I dont have great faith in this program. Situations like this only solidify those concerns…”
I still don’t get Frank’s excuse for calling me, “Stefano and I were afraid to call you about your November commission.”

To go in further detail about this situation I will go back to the first of December 2003.
I recieved a e-mail the first of December from Admin Vegas Affiliates stating they could not make November’s commission payment because I had a missing detail in my affiliate account. I log-in to my account and went to Update your Details and found that my city info was missing. Very strange because I had been sent checks before and I knew that I had not deleted my city name. I believe they deleted this info to delay the large commission payment 45 Nov-03 Payment $7,272.30 till they figured out a way to not pay it. The more I think about this, the more I don’t believe what Frank told me on the phone a couple of days ago. The above figure is still showing in my account and that does not make sense to me at all. This is bullshit to say the least. Look at Krystall’s stats above. Why, would a affiliate manager be afraid to call me? Bullshit!
No response yet.. They keep putting me off until they can give me a reasonable answer..
They tried a couple already but called them on it. I don’t buy the chargebacks, since it is not easy to deposit with credit cards anymore.
I will keep you updated on any responses I get..
