InactiveSo lowball, Did you come to any conclusions?
Just curious.

InactiveWell the poll is very interesting, it seems that many of you makes 6 figures a year, not bad.
Do you know who is the biggest affiliate website and how much it makes? winneronline, gambling.com someone else?
Also do you think poker affiliates will make more or less than casinos in the coming years?

InactiveGood question.

I think personally I would bet on poker and bingo, but nobody agrees with me on bingo – yet.

But how about poker?
What does everyone else think?

Inactiveeven a better quesion may be how much do you profit form an average player gambling in casinos vs aplayer playing at poker rooms.
And do you think it is going to change?November 30, 2003 at 2:56 am #642218Anonymous
InactiveThe biggest affiliate is casinoprophet.com he probably makes minimum half a million a month, excluding his online casino.
Poker rooms are all right just dont expect a goldmine. Personally i dont see the point of touching bingo. If I’m going to chase something that has such low profits i wont bother with something that has problems with credit card rejections on top of that.

InactiveIs the $500,000 a year prophet? (er, I mean profit…) Or gross revenue?
Cuz $17 is an awful lot to pay per click…
November 30, 2003 at 3:06 am #642220Anonymous
InactiveWait! You said half a million per MONTH?
wow!
November 30, 2003 at 4:08 am #642222Anonymous
InactiveThe figure of half a million is purely an estimate. So i dont really know.
But at one time he was making 150k a month from referback alone.

InactiveYes I’m with Anoine on that one,
I know for a fact too that casinoprophet.com was making that. When I worked for an affiliate program he was their biggest for a while and when they asked him to send traffic it was like turning on a tap of players.
Although take into account his HUGE advertising expenses!
I didnt know he had his own casino though
anyone know what it is?November 30, 2003 at 6:56 am #642229bb1webs

InactiveI actually had a question….
been only at this for a month now and I think I am seeing a good return already (at least in my opinion considering I could never make this much in my first month at a regular job haha)
but been around for 5 years or so….
I was wondering for those who have done this for a long time now if you could estimate for me the number of weeks let’s say, it took, from the time you started until you began making the amount of money or around that of what you average constantly now.
LIke is there a general pattern I could forecast my potential earnings if I stayed on the path I have been on….??
Im probably making no sense lOL

InactiveThe per player value of casino players is definitely higher – but they are a fickle lot and jump from casino to casino a lot.
Poker and bingo players spend less money, but they settle into a community and you need to stick with it for some time to establish a player base.
In the long run I prefer bingo and poker because it is stable, bread and butter income. It grows every month and I can see myself promoting these 5 years from now with a very nice income.
They are much more likely to support you while you quit working on promoting them.
That is my opinion only, and time will prove me right or wrong.
As a novice, I would promote all three sectors. It is a bit more difficult to start out in the casino business nowadays. And it, too, takes time to develop.
